HT5312 BIG PROBLE - security questions

I created my account almost 2 years ago, i never had a problem (well no big ones) it let me buy stuff in both my iphone and apple tv but not in my laptop, it never mattered because i just got song in my phone and tv stuff in the apple tv and it automatically downloads in my laptop, but now we get to my big problem I can't buy anything in my phone. I put my password and it clams it is the first time buying for this phone and I have to answer security questions (I can't seam to get the right answer) but It was working and I download tons of things but suddenly it's asking me to answer the questions that I just don't have a anwser to. What should I do ?

You need to contact Apple, either through the link in that article or by phoning them and asking for the Account Security team.

    You're sure that it's a rescue email address that you have, not an alternate email address ? If you aren't getting the reset link then that indicates that your don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

    When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

    If you've disabled your account then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
    You might then need to log out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
    For your security questions, the HT5312 page that you posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

    If you have a link to send the answers there, use it, wait a few hours, and check the address's spam filter.
    If you can't get it reset that way, go back to the article you asked this question from and use the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section. Ifn this case, you can't reset the questions yourself, and nobody on these boards can reset them for you.
