HT5312 can't remember my security questions
Dear Sirs ,
I changed my apple ID name and address , can't remember my security questions answer therfore I'm unable to purchase any application ,. So please advise what to do and how to restore it .

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
If you read the HT5312 page that you posted from then you will find instructions for how to reset your questions i.e. if you have a rescue email address set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
If you don't have a rescue email address then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

OMG! I can't remember my security questions - answers. It won't let me schedule a call. And when I provided a rescue email address, it still made me answer the security questions I did not know! Can anyone help me get into Itunes so I can purchase music?

If I can't remember my security questions, and don't have a rescue email address, why can't I just add a rescue email to my apple ID account without having to contact iTunes Support?
I verify my identity just by logging in with my password, not being able to add a rescue email address without answering the security questions is just extra hastle and doesn't increase security. No one knows my password so how could they break into my account? I understand having security questions to change your password but not for adding an email address.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

So, I made my account a while ago before I had an iPhone so I can get music. The result of that I can't remember my security questions, and it tells me to send a rescue email an alert, but it doesn't show you how to get to that page. I am getting quite annoyed because apples hours arent the best fitted to my scedule since I have school and work, so I cant call and ask how to get fixed.
