HT5312 Forget security questions answers
Hello o have forget my security questions answers how D oo van reset them?
The HT5312 page that you posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link on your account.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset (these are user-to-user forums).
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

HT5312 I forget "Security Questions' Answers" for my Apple ID.
I forget "Security Questions' Answers" for my Apple ID. I did not add a rescue email while creating it too. Therefore, i am not able to purchase any apps from "AppStore". Any solution to solve this problem? Thanks!!!!!!
Go back to the article you asked this question from and use the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section. If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, you can't reset the questions yourself, and nobody on these boards can reset them for you.
Setting up a rescue email address requires correctly answering two of the questions.

HT5312 Forgot security question answers, need help to rest
Dear I forgot my security question answers
Please I need help to change them by email
ThanksIf you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset (which is likely to be via phone, not email).
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use. Or you could use 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570 -

HT201303 What if I forget security question answers
My kids have new iPods and apple is asking security questions that I can't remember!
If you don't remember any of the security questions, you'll actually have to get Apple involved. I just spoke with Apple support within the last two days and this is what you'll need.
As long as your apple id account has a good credit card number in it and you have the serial number of at least one of the devices associated with the apple id acccount, they ccan reset your security questions.
If you don't have any serial numbers, if you can guess any of the security questions with the support agent, they can disable the security questions so you can proceed to set them up again.
You will need to have at least two different pieces of information for them to help you.
Hope this helps, and the link to the management page is https://appleid.apple.com/ -
