My friend made my apple I'd with a fake rescue mail and now I can't reset the security questions that I forgot and all because of that I can't sow load anything payable. Please help:(
Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you didn't previously set up a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can assist with recovering lost answers.

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
