HT5312 How do I reset my security question answers if I don't remember my rescue email?

I have a be whine so in order for me to use my itunes it keeps asking me to answer my security questions but I forgot my answers and I also don't remember my rescue email address. I was young when I made both.

Contact the iTunes Store staff as described in that article.

I can't remember my iTunes security question answers... How do I reset them?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

  • I've forgotten my security questions answers and I don't have a rescue email set up.

When i tried to buy a song on iTunes, my itouvh randomly asked me to answer my security questions. I can't remember them, and I can't use my  iTunes account until I can. I've looked up how to recover them, but they all involve a rescue email address, and I don't have one, nor can I set up one without the answers to the security questions. Please, can someone tell me how to recover them?

You need to contact Apple. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team.

If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions), or you aren't receiving the reset email to that account (and you've checked the spam folder on it as well as the inbox), then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

As I can't remember that I had answer those questions earlier

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address then see if the instructions on this user tip helps : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551
