As these are public forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support, I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post - it's not a good idea to post it unless you like spam email.
The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address on your account - a rescue email address is not the same as an alternate/secondary email address, they are different addresses/settings on an account.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

The address the rescue email is set to isn't the same as your normal one. If you can't change the answers, contact the iTunes Store staff via the link in this article.

I forgot my Apple ID password, as well as the security questions answers. Also, I currently can't use any of the rescue e-mails. Is there any other way I can reset my security answers or maybe reset the rescue e-mail? I called the Apple customer service and it was helpful, except I recieved an e-mail that expired 3 hours later, I can't call them again because I am overseas and it's really expensive to keep on calling international numbers! . Can anyone PLEASE help me?

I have the same problem with mine... but im trying to find a way to fix it without restoring it...
but one fix is to shut it down completely ... then press and hold BOTH the power button and the home button .. hold both of those 4 ten seconds .. then release the power button but still hold down the home button .. and then it'll show something that says "connect to itunes" once u get it connected to itunes , click the restore button ... BEWARE THIS WILL WIPE OUT EVERYTHING ON YOUR IPOD!!! IT WILL RESTORE IT BACK TO FACTORY SETTINGS , AS IF U JUST BOUGHT IT !!!!! then it should work fine again .. but u will lose all data on there besides the things you have synced with itunes already..

My special characters screen for pages is running in the background no matter what I do. It randomly pops up and then goes away. I can't close it even though I have closed pages and restarted my computer. How can I stop this.
Try trashing the .plist with CharacterViewer in its name in Home/Library/Preferences. To get to Home/Library you may need to hold the option key down while you do Finder > Go.

I need to figure out how to unlock my locked account. I just got a new iPod touch 5th generation and since it's my first purchase I have to answer security questions. When I answer I am wrong I guess and it doesn't show me a straight forward way on how to fix it. Just a never ending series of web pages. Is anyone able to actually help me?

After setting up new account with iCloud so I can use the app store it asks me to answer three security questions for further security then I am prompted for my password to log in then I put in password and it never logs me in and keeps on asking for my password. I went over all setting but found no problems wit network as I can go on line etc, if anyone has had this issues please help. I was able to download too apps and then was prompted to answer these questions and it would not let me proceed.

I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

Looking for some help please! I just got an iPad 4 and tried to purchase some apps on it and was prompted to answer my Two Security Questions that are on my apple account, and I can't remember them. I do have another verified email account attached to my account besides my @me.com one.
I created an apple account a couple years ago when I purchased my iPhone and now I can't remember what my answers were.
