If you aren't receiving the reset email to your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder on that account as well as the inbox, and tried clicking the reset link again) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

I am trying to reset the Security Questions as I have forgotten them, when I have logged into My Apple Id, and click on the button to reset the Security Questions, it states it is sending an email to the Primary Email address. I do not have the option to input a Rescue Email address, the only option I have is to input an Alternate Email address, which I have done so.
Also when I have tried to book an appointment throuth Online Support, I have not successful, I have rung a telephone number provided by the Mac Store in Perth, Australia and the reply provided is that we are closed. I was given to understand that Apple provided 24/7 Support to their users.Hot N Spicy wrote:

how do i reset my security questions the support shows me how but wont let me why is this so difficult!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address on it - if you hadn't put one on your account (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

Contact iTunes Support:
Go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'Apple ID Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security
questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)
2. Once your questions have been reset, and you set up new ones, also set up a RESCUE EMAIL ADDRESS, so if you forget them again, you won't have to go through all of this.....

I initially created my apple account years ago. I am trying to reset my security questions because my answers are continually incorrect. I pressed the link that sends reset security questions info to my alt. address, but I have not received the email with instructions. I have resent the email several times and checked both of the emails I have set up with my apple account to no avail. I have tried everything that is provided in the support article about the issue and my problem has not be resolved. I've even deleted my alt email from the apple account and then reassigned it and tried again, however, I still have not received the email. Without knowing the answers to my security questions, I cannot purchase anything from the iTunes store, which I have been trying to do.
I do not know what the problem is and I am asking for any resolutions. Please and thank you!Go to the Apple ID Security site from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 or call the AppleCare support number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak with the Account Security Team...either can help you reset your questions/answers.

Hello,
I'm trying to reset my security questions on my apple account but they (apple) keep sending the reset e-mail to my old iTunes e-mail. I have changed/edited my e-mail in my apple account to my curent e-maul but it still sends the reset to my old e-mail.......Hello AndrewsAFCx,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!
If you cannot remember your security questions for your Apple ID, I would recommend these steps outlined in the article named:
Apple ID: All about Apple ID security questions
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5665
What should I do if I don't remember the answers to my Apple ID security questions?
Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
If you have three security questions and a rescue email address
sign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID passwordsign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to reset your security question.
If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID password
contact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.
Note: If you have forgotten your password and answer your security questions incorrectly too many times in a row, you will be unable to try to answer your security questions for a period of time. During that time you will not be able to reset your password and will not have access to your account.
All the best,
Sterling -
I am trying to reset my security questions, however the send reset security info to email option is not available to me.
Anyone know how I can fix this please. The option to send reset info only shows if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. As you aren't getting the option then that implies that you don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions - so you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 -

Crop Marks have changed since CS
Hi all, I am coming from the stone age (Illustrator CS) and the use of crop marks in CS5.5 is tripping me up. I used to be able to drag a box around some art, change the box to crop marks and export to a .jpg that would be cropped to those marks.
