I am trying to reset the Security Questions as I have forgotten them, when I have logged into My Apple Id, and click on the button to reset the Security Questions, it states it is sending an email to the Primary Email address. I do not have the option to input a Rescue Email address, the only option I have is to input an Alternate Email address, which I have done so.
Also when I have tried to book an appointment throuth Online Support, I have not successful, I have rung a telephone number provided by the Mac Store in Perth, Australia and the reply provided is that we are closed. I was given to understand that Apple provided 24/7 Support to their users.

Apple asking me security questions that ive never set up and i can't purchase anything, and ive tried resetting them but i can't remember the password for my rescue email address, please help?
You need to either reset the rescue email address's password(check the site's help for instructions) or ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

I recently forgot the password for my iTunes UK account with 100 pounds of credit. I called apple and said no one could help me if I did not know the security questions. Really? This company that pretty much can do anything is not able to tell me what the password is?

If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. For forgotten security questions log in at http://appleid.apple.com and click 'Password and Security' in the sidebar. Where do I go to pick 3 security questions? I can only find the option for one.

Usually you will need to contact iTunes store support but this workaround may help:
-On the device/computer that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
- Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select "done", in the upper right corner
- Sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you should be asked to verify your security code for the credit/debit card and NOT the security questions.
- At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security questions. -

Where is the option for them to email my Rescue Email the reset? I do not seem to have that option no matter what device I use. The rescue email article in no way answers this as I have been trying to use that in every way I can think of for two hours.
The option to send reset info will only appear if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. Yesterday, since I downloaded the latest version 3.6.6, every time firefox opens and when I click on something, I get multiple error windows that say "ERROR: Security Manager Vetoed Action". I can't hardly use if anymore because of all the window pop-ups. What can I do? Can I go back to an older version?

The inbox for Mac Mail lists every incoming message twice. When I delete a message it deleted both entries. I have tried the solution in "help" and it doesn't work. Any suggestions?
I am wondering if anyone is seeing my question? This is my first time and I am not sure if I am communicating correctly. If you are seeing the question above regading deleted messages reappearing please reply so I will at least know I am getting the message out.

I noticed when I restart Firefox 4, it opens my previous tabs even I set the option "Open a blank page" and it opens blank page when I have "Show my windows and tabs from last time". Please ignore my question if you're already aware of this issue. Thanks.

Have you already verified your "new" email address? If not then please check your inbox for a confirmation email (also the junk folder). If you do not have a confirmation email then please sign in at https://appleid.apple.com and press "verify" for confirming your email address.

In trying to download itunes 11, I keep getting the message, verfiy that you have access to parental advisory. When I click yes it continually re tries but doesn`t load. Any ideas ???

Previous versions of iTunes on Win XP machine ran fine. I have uninstalled, rebooted, and tried a new install but still get the same error. I can access the directory via Windows Explorer so not sure why the error says it can't access the directory.

Iam trying to download data from a group in my address book into Numbers. When I click on the data to move and drag to Numbers nothing happens. Using OS X ver 10.9.2 iMac
With Numbers 3.2 (released April 2014) drag and drop works on my machine again, either onto the canvas or into an existing table.
What also works (as Wayne described): select multiple contacts, command-c to copy, and (after clicking the canvas or a cell) command-v to paste.
