HT5312 I can't seems to recover the security questions at all no matter what?!?

So i have been having this problem for a month now, & am still trying to solve it, the real problemn is that when i try to purchase an item it asks me to answer my sequirty questions which i forget what they were & i can't make any purchases, only able to download free contents, i have emailed apple support team, they told me to email the other person, then i recived an email from him/her
then he told me to call the Saudi arabia support page, & in that page it suggested that i send an email once again, which i have done actually anyway? so why again? i have asked from the person i have received email from is that it told me the same solution, after i received the answer from the email, i was told that i should call the Apple Secutrity team, which i tried anyway, but it doesn't seems to work
so now the only step i haven't done so far is calling the apple security team number, how can i call them from Saudi Arabia? since i'm from there? any solution? thanks
ps: yes my itunes store is US & i use an ipad 4 & iphone 4 s (i also lost the email from apple so i can't remember all the exact details)

  • HT5312 I need help! My Apple id Is blobked, i answer the security question And it blocked. What can i do?

I need help to un blocked my Apple id

You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
For your security questions, the HT5312 page that you posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 (you can also try this link if you can't get your account enabled via the above)
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

  • HT5312 help!  I want to remove the security questions please!

This is poor.  All I want to do is spend up and lewave the extra security on this alptop is the final straw!

You can't remove all security from your iTunes account, you can either have security questions (which should only be asked on the first purchase from a computer or device, or if it's available in your country you might be able to switch to 2-step verification (after you've answered the questions on your account).
If you've forgotten your answers to your questions then the HT5312 page that you posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset (these are user-to-user forums).

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then either use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use.
Or if it's available in your country you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570

  • I can't seem to reset my security questions, also having a hard time adding a rescue email

I have tried to read on how to reset my security question, but was having no luck.  I finally reach max attempts.  I read how use a rescue email, but can't seem a place to add a rescue email.  I see the area where I can add an email, but it is not a rescue email. Thanks

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
Adding or changing the rescue email requires correctly answering two of the questions.

  • How do I change my password if I can't answer one of the security questions. iCloud does not give me a reset option of questions or email to my account to start over

I want to change password of my ICould. It keeps asking me security questions which I never remember setting up and thus can't answer them correctly. There is no option to reset questions or for email to my account for reset. Any help?

I found it, but only on the "outside"...before you sign in. Once you are signed in, it is not there. (Now, I might be overlooking it or be crazy, but I can't find it)
I know many people love all the bells and whistles of modern computing...but I want it as simple as I can have it, and more and more I find these this simple task becoming more difficult.
Oh well, thanks for your kind response.

  • HT5312 I CAN NOT REMBER MY ANSWER FOR SECURITY QUESTION HOW TO I RESET

I AM TRYING TO RESET SECURITY QUESTION I CANNOT REMEBER ANSWERS

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use, or you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570
For future info typing all in capitals is considered shouting and makes posts difficult to read, and may mean that people don't reply.
