HT5312 I didn't receive the reset security questions and answers email on the alternative email!! please help

Dear Apple Support Team
I've purchased a new iPhone 5s and put my Apple ID on it for apps purchasing. But it required me to enter the answers for the security questions, however, I totally forgot the answers and tried many times with wrong answers. I tried to reset the security answers by sending to my alternative email but didn't receive any, even not showing in my Junk mails. Please send me the reset security answers email as i have $ 78 that can't be used. Nevertheless, I'm ready to answer and queries to guarantee that I'm the owner of the Apple account.

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info).
If you aren't receiving the reset email to your rescue email address (an alternate email address is a different address/setting on your account) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
