Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

I can not remember the answers to my security questions due to the fact my daughter set my account and she is not here
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

HT4623 I do not know the answers to my security questions. How do I reset them?
I just bought my new iPhone and want to purchase a new app, but the app store will not let me until I answer a couple security questions. I, however, do not remember my answers to these questions. So how do I get around this?

I cannot buy any music due to the security questions. I do not have the answers to the questions and I got locked out for trying to answer them. How do I disable the security questions?
Usually you will need to contact iTunes store support but this workaround may help:
-On the device/computer that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
- Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select "done", in the upper right corner
- Sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you should be asked to verify your security code for the credit/debit card and NOT the security questions.

I am trying to log into my itunes and I put my apple id and password in and it wants me to answer the security questions and I know one of the answers but not the other. and it does not give me an option to reset the questions or have them emailed to me. Any suggestions?
Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions; nobody on these boards can.

HT201303 what do i do if i do not know the answer to my security questions?
help
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Contact Apple through iTunes Store Support, and explain that you have forgotten your 3 security questions, that you can reset your password, but doing so doesn't reset your security questions.
Explain that after resetting your password, you are still asked for the answers you have forgotten, before you can gain access to My Apple ID > Manage your account > Password & security, which is where you need to be to change your answers.
Remember, support will receive hundreds, if not thousands of requests per day, some from people trying it on, others with little explanation and others that are written extremely poorly. Take the time to explain your situation properly, be precise and concise, brief but comprehensive. -
I do not know the answer to my security question
I was about to buy music on my iphone, but it could not exist.
I answer two security questions, but the setting is no longer respond.
I had to ask a couple of years ago at the registration, fill out and pointing therefore now no longer the answer.
can someone help me?Click here and search the article for '2 out of 3' without the quotes; in the case of forgotten answers, this generally involves either a message being sent to your rescue email address or contacting the iTunes Store staff directly.
