I assume that you don't have a rescue email address on your account, as described on the HT5312 page that you posted from ?
If not then how are you trying to contact Support ? You are selecting the country where you and your iTunes account are on this page to contact them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 ?
When your questions have been reset use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

Click here and search the article for '2 out of 3' without the quotes; in the case of forgotten answers, this generally involves either a message being sent to your rescue email address or contacting the iTunes Store staff directly.

As it's a £25 card I assume that your account is also based in the UK (cards are country-specific). If it is and the page that you posted from doesn't help (the code on my card is longer, so is it possible that you've scratched some of it off ?) then you will need to try contacting iTunes support (you will need to give them as much of the serial number and activation code from the card as you can read) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then iTunes Cards And Codes -
Hi, my mac keeps on clicking all the time and the touchpad hardly works. Cant get rid of it. I am not able to do anything with my mac because it just clicks all the time. Can anyone help?
I am not sure what to do to help sorry but for temporary you could disable your trackpad and use a mouse then atleast your Mac is useable you can fix it

I have run Bullguard and Anti malware on my desktop, resulting in no isssues. I cannot sign into my email account from my laptop as well.
I have googled outigoes for a support forum and as yet have not find one.

this does not help. I have forgotten ALL of the answers to my security questions. I can NOT reset the answers to my security questions without answering two of the three security questions. The other way to reset the answers to these questions is for apple to send me an email on my rescue email addres which I DO NOT HAVE.

It would go to a separate rescue email that is different than your Apple ID.
