Basicly the only way Account Security is not able to reset your security questions is because
1 - You do not remember your password
2 - You were unable to verify any information which is required
If you do not remember your password - until your password is either remembered or reset - will not be able to reset questions via Support
If you know your password - then if you are unable to verify any information regarding your account your questions will not be reset.

When i tried to buy a song on iTunes, my itouvh randomly asked me to answer my security questions. I can't remember them, and I can't use my iTunes account until I can. I've looked up how to recover them, but they all involve a rescue email address, and I don't have one, nor can I set up one without the answers to the security questions. I was trying to buy an app for my iphone but i had forgotten my security questions / answers.
I tried to contact apple support regarding this via the website (frustrating!!!!)
I read how to create a rescue email .... So I went to my account ..... Pressed on manage passwords and security ...
AND it asked me for my security questions AGAIN!
No link for rescue email !!!!
My account got locked Out!!!!!
So i followed the useless link to contact Customer SUPPORT!!!!
COME ON APPLE for a world class company you have THIRD world customer support.
P.S. there is no way to email anybody .. its crazy !!!
