I have forgotten the answers to my Security questions, would you kindly please reset them. Thank-You
These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here.
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address then see if the instructions on this user tip helps : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551

have a Rescue Email to use this option.
3. This is the only option if you do not already have a valid Rescue Email.

Apple ID- Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security. Select
the appropriate country and call. Ask to speak to the Account Security Team.
4. Account security issues almost always require you to speak directly to an
Apple representative to securely establish your identity as the account holder.
You can set it up so that Apple calls you, either immediately or at a time
convenient to you.
1. Go to www.apple.com/support.
2. Choose Contact Support and click Contact Us.
3. Choose Other Apple ID Topics and choose the appropriate topic for
your issue.

HT5312 I have forgotten the answers to my security questions
I have forgotten my Apple ID security answers also not sure if I have set up a recovery email address and what it is
If you follow the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from then you will be able to tell if you have a rescue email address on your account - if you get the reset link as described on that page then you do (and if you know what the full email address is).
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use -
I need to retrieve my security questions without having to go through all the menus in here, I have an active account and keep getting shut down when trying to answer the questions. Can't Apple just email me my forgotton answers?
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset - which is usually done by phone as you need to prove your id and that it's your account e.g. somebody else hasn't got your iTunes account password and is trying to purchase on your account.

Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Questions' or 'iTunes Store account security' (it appears to vary by country) and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox).
