I can not burn a cd in itunes. It tells me the drivers for importing and burning cd and dvds are missing. It tells me to reinstall itunes. I have done this several times and it does not help.

If you aren't receiving the email to your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder on it as well as the inbox) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

I have tried this many times. Our iPOD is not doing what it is suppose to. When we go under GAMES put everything in it comes up You are not conected to the internet. Online functionality is not available. Please someone help us.

HT1212 tried to restore my ipod that has been disabled and I can not get it to go into DFU mode I have tried a million times and it will not allow me to. I have done this before to restore other devices am I am not new to this process. please HELP?

My computer will not turn on at all. It is plugged into the charger and there is not light. I have tried it several times and it is not working.
