Nobody on these boards can do that. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Why dont you just change your Apple ID (your email)? Make a new Apple ID and do the security questions that you will remember. Also, make sure you write down all the info with your Apple ID for later refrence.
To create a new Apple ID, follow the easy steps below:
Settings > Itunes and App stores > Tap "Apple ID: (YOUR APPLE ID IS HERE!)" > Tap "Sign Out" > Tap "Create New Aple ID"

Why am I NOT receiving the reset emails for my security questions?

I've forgotten the answers to my apple id security questions, and am now unable to puchase any new music or apps because my settings require two step verification.
Over the span of several months I have requested multiple emails to allow me to reset my security questions and I NEVER recieve them.
Yes I have checked my :Spam, and Apple folder.
I requested resets for both my apple id password and login and recieved those emails without problem, but not once have I recieved the reset email for my security questions!
Can anybody help me with this, or do I really have to call and or go down to an apple store to sort this out?

They are going to your Rescue email address, which is not the same as your Apple ID address. It is whatever you set it to be when you set up the account. You can contact Apple's Account Security Team as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

Don't remember apple account security question answers, got sent an email for reset but I haven't receive the email

I hope this is in the right category... Anyways I just got an iPad 4 and have been trying to buy some apps from the App Store. It asks me to answer my security questions so I do and it tells me it's wrong and then proceeds to tell me that I can reset my questions. I do that, type in account information and it says it sent the email but I have not gotten it yet. I did this last night and still have not received anything .... These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here.
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

-If you established a rescue email address, there will be a link on the "Passwords & Security" page of id.apple.com. Clicking the link will send the reset to your rescue email address (NOTE: This is not the same address as your Apple ID email)
-If there is no link on the page, then you didn't establish a rescue email address. Contact AppleCare at 800.694.7466 (If you are in the US), and ask for account security. You will need to answer some questions to verify your identity, AND you will need access to a computer to generate a temporary support pin.
