I want to reset my security questons...but the email you are sending it to does not exisit any more... I just want to buy songs from your awful corporation .. to get you people more rich.. whats the problem here

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
If you no longer have access to the rescue email address that you put on your account then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to update your rescue email address to an email account that you still have access to for potential future use

The 'send reset info' only shows if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If it's not showing then that implies that you haven't got one on your account, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your security questions - in which case see if the instructions on this user tip helps you get the questions reset : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551

Get a secondary email from a service like Google or Yahoo (something that is not going to disappear like an ISP one might if you change services).
Add it to the Apple ID page.
