I don't think you understood what I wrote. You don't HAVE to pay for everything if you are happy with using the other account for updates, etc. But if you don't want to do that then you will have to buy new copies of everything for the new account. There's only one purchase item per account, but you can redownload an item in the account many times.
The idea is this:
One computer, multiple devices, one Apple ID.
One user, multiple devices, one Apple ID.
The basic idea is that each user has an Apple ID under which he/she can manage multiple devices on a single computer.
Once you step outside of that model you create such problems as not being able to use or update apps purchase under one Apple ID when using a different Apple ID. Or not being able to easily sync one device on more than one computer.

Go to 'Settings' and 'Store' and then click on the 'Apple ID' and sign out and back in with your correct one.

Edge has very clear restrictions, one being that you must have 6 months of clean payment history which you don't. Either wait until April 14, or good luck at Sprint.
I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions.

CDMA isn't any use here as there aren't any UK CDMA based carriers, they are all GSM/sim card based (I'm not aware of any CDMA carriers in Europe). As the AT&T version appears to support an extra 4G LTE band then that might be the better one.

Connect it to his iTunes library and set it up as a new device. You should be prompted to Erase and Sync the iPod if his iTunes library is separate from hers.
Or head to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase all Content and Settings.

I've purchased some subscriptions that I did not mean to and I would not like them to show up on my iTunes purchase history. While I know we can hide the app from saying purchased, the subscriptions seem to be under my account permanently, even the expired ones. I've looked endlessly and there is no way to make an expired subscription "disappear" from my account, so I am willing to delete it and create a new one. My concern is all the music, movies, and apps I've purchased. How do I treat these? Will they sync to my phone seamlessly?

You can't delete an account, only iTunes Support can potentially do so, but you would lose all of the account's purchases if they do so - all downloads are tied to the account that downloaded them, they cannot be transferred to another account.
If you do create a new account then there are instructions on this page of how to do so without giving credit card details : Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method.

So basically, I got a lot of the songs on my iPod from a different Apple ID than to the one I am currently using. I want to sync my iPod to the Apple ID I am currently using but I want to know if the songs on my iPod from the previous Apple ID will disappear off of the iPod or go all grey so that I cant select them? I know that Apple says that it will delete the songs from my old Apple ID but what I noticed is that when I've deleted songs from my iPod using iTunes in the past is that they don't disappear from the iPod, they stay there but the names go grey so that I cant select them. Basically I want to know which will happen. Sorry if this is a bit confusing...

So I recently downloaded iTunes on a new computer because my old computer got broken. Does iTunes still have all the info I had on iTunes on the old computer on it that I could somehow download onto my phone?

But it broke, so I got a new one and I re-downloaded iTunes onto it and I have no idea if I can get any of the info that was on my old computer. Today, I had to reset my phone so I lost all of my data. Does iTunes save that info or since I got a new computer, does that mean I can't sync anything that was on my old computer into my phone?

You can re-download any iTunes purchases by going into the iTunes Store and clicking on "Purchased" under the Quick Links section on the right. Once you get into the Purchased section you can then click on each tab (Music, Apps, etc.) and then click on the cloud next to the item you want to re-download, or click on download all at the bottom.
You would also be able to recover whatever you have on your iCloud backup to your phone, if you have iCloud. You will need to make sure that if you do recover items from iCloud that you have iTunes set up so that it knows you are syncing those things from iCloud and not iTunes, or they will be wiped when you do sync.
If you recover photos from your photo stream that are not in your camera roll, save them to your camera roll so that they will back up to iPhoto when you sync.
However, this is all you can put back into your iTunes on your new computer. Anything you did not back up that is not in one of the categories above is still on your old computer.....and that is the only place it is.

You cannot transfer from downloads from one AppleID to another, nor
can you merge AppleIDs. If you wish to start using your own AppleID,
you will have to redownload all the items you wish - paying again under your

We only use PS with WBSes only (no network activity confirmation)
As wel we use CATS and Travel Management.
We post Time entries via transaction CAT 2 and expenses via PR05.
We have a business scenario, where we have to cancel a project - using a User Status 'CANCELLED'.
We need to differentiate between Time and Espenses posted before and after this status has been set: New ones prohibited,existing ones allowed to be further processed.
We need to prohibit NEW Time and Expenses postings - when the user runs CAT2 or PR05 - the behavior should be similar to teh message that we get when teh WBS status is CREATED.
However we have to ALLOW the approval of T&E and transfer to Controlling for the Time and Expenses that have already been posted before the Project was set tu User status 'cancelled'.
How can we solve this puzzle? Is it a combination of user statuses / transactions or a user exit we have to implement.
It seems that in order o prohibit Time entries the business tansaction 'Actual Activity Allocation' has to be prohibited, butthis prohibits both new time entries as well existing ones to be posted to Controlling.
Same for expenses - only that the business transaction is FI : Postings - prohibited - but it prohibits too much - both new and existing expenses.
Your advise will be highly appreciated.

I hope you can use two exits for the validation data with respect to appropriate status from JCDO table along with date for the mentioned WBS element to code, i.e. it for the validation of the entry to be posted whether time or expense.

I'm not sure what you mean by "reset" but you can restore it, erase all content and settings, or reset it by holding the power and home buttons until you see the Apple logo, then releaseing, and it won't effect the data in iCloud or on your other device.
