anyone know anoter way to reset apple id security beside ringing them. I have a miss living in a cournty that dont have such things as itune card. but they sell apple product. I sign her up for itune account but forgotten the sercurity question, didnt released if you upgrade your phone it ask for security. Before apple wasnt that hard on it if you couldnt remeber now they been Stupit telling us how to reset but there no option for us to select

The number is 800-692-7753 (1-800-myapple). The rescue email can be setup from the appleID website. appleid.apple.com , choose manage, sign in, select "Password & Security", answer the two security questions provided, and you will be albe to edit your Rescue email address.
Since you already stated that you don't remember the answers (or they are incorrect), you will need to contact applecare to reset them. Once you have reset them, you can edit the rescue email address.

Currently, all opinions are set to ON in iCloud on both devices. On the iPhone, apps is set to ON, iTunes Match, Music, and Books are set to OFF. On the IPad, apps, iTunes Match, Music, and Books are set to OFF.

I recently attempted to purchase a song on the iTunes store, and after I typed in my password, Apple gave me a Notification telling me to answer my Security Questions. After I answer my Security Questions, they were somewhat incorrect. I kept trying and trying to answer the questions correctly, they were still incorrect. Then, it said that my Apple ID will be locked if I kept attempting to answer the Security Questions. I obviously have forgotten my answers that I typed in a few years ago. Please get back to me as soon as you can.

There are no apps and that is not a feature of iOS.
iMessages are handled by Apple's own system, and there is no way to block a specific sender.
SMS messages and voice calls are handled by your cell service provider, so you need to ask them what blocking (if any) features they offer. If the texts are just spam, you should be able to report them to your carrier and they can block that sender. Other blocking options will vary from carrier to carrier, so call yours and ask them what they can do.
