HT5312 it wont send a email to my email to reset my security questions what should i do?

i have 15 dollars on my account and it wont let me buy music because i need to answer the security questions and i dont remember them so i went on my laptop to reset my security questions and it wont send an email to resewt them on my email i dont know what to do im 14 and dont have a credit card to make a new account

The same thing happened to me. You probably have some other email that the emails are being sent to, for me it was some werid Apple email. Go to www.Apple.com and hit support. Contact the Apple support and they can get it taken care of.

    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.

    Has anyone received an answer to this? It seems that a lot of us are having the same issue. In the past i had no trouble receiving emails to reset my password but for the past week I havne't been able to login, my security questions didn't work and I haven't received any of the emails to reset my password. I've created a new Account but would rather  get into my old account because it's linked to my perfered email address. Hum..
    Any help from the community would be much apprecated! thanks!

    How/where are you opening the email ? Have you tried opening it in a different browser in case the reset link is being blocked due to the security settings that you have set on the one that you using ?

    I have no "Rescue email" contact in order to reset my security questions!!  I've been trying now for 4 days to contact Apple/Itunes but I only get sent answers from a support team that say they cannot help me with my problem!! 
    The thing is that I can't ever remember answering any security questions and without a rescue email, I'm unable to reset them or even set them for the first time!!
    I can't believe that no-one from Apple/Itunes can help me with this simple problem but unfortunately that is the case - Incredible, isn't it!!!
    Would anyone know how I could solve this problem online???   Because each time I sign into Itunes, the same security questions reappear and reappear and reappear.  In fact I've got to the point where I feel like uninstalling Itunes and downloading an alternative.

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
