HT5312 my account has been frozen and i cant rest it or rest my security questions

i need help to rest mt security questions so i can acess my account again

If your account is disabled then you may be able to re-enable it via this page : http://iforgot.apple.com
For your security questions, the page that you posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should let you reset them.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

    Im wondering is this a scam email?... it contains a list of apps that i have allgedly purchased ... (some of which i do have on my devices but they were free ones... not the prices listed in the email).. can anyone advise as i have had no joy with Apple providing any sort of confirmation or denial

    Hi, I am desperate!  Someone has hacked and taken over my skype account!  I had to create a new account just to make this post!  I can't get into my other account at all as he has changed it to his details and email address, so I can't just login and change the password. Can anyone please shed any light on how I can stop him and take back control of my account asap.  he is hacking into all my contacts and asking for money and probably getting their username and passwords too.  i have sent in a ticket but that could take forever.  HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!     apparently someone hacked in, and asking people on my contact list to send money to paypal account!!!
    i tried resetting password, no luck.. ive tried everything.. emails, codes, it wont even pull up my account with the email i provided.. yet the piece of **** is online..
    im thinking, no big deal, ill just contact online customer suppo...NOPE. Not available.. "sorry we are having difficulties"... no sh*t.. something microsoft is notorious for.
    what can i do now?? how do i get help?? freaking computer games have great online support... and SKYPE doesnt?..

    I am sorry it took me a while to get back to this neighborhood in the Community.  Here is another link to the instruction on how to contact Skype Customer Service via their secure portal: Contact Customer Service
    Skype is aware there can be website problems when attempting to reach their customer service unit.  If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service, try again using a different web browser, and choose a different path through the various options than you tried previously.  Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.
    Please do not give up!  People are getting through.

    It's a phishing attempt to get your account id and password, the 'validate' link on that page isn't an Apple website (there are similar phishing attempts regularly posted on here) - you could forward the email to Apple : [email protected]

    If the old ID ("email address") is an earlier version of your current ID, try temporarily recreating the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll.  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
