HT5312 My problem is that I'm n not receiving the rescue email, I retried so many times and nothing happened. What should I do?

Every time I want to buy an app I get this message saying "You need to answer security questions first" and the problem is I forgot the answers to these questions, it showed me that if I forgot my answers I should visit Appleid.apple.com and send a "reset security questions e-mail", I pressed on that link, signed in then pressed on this option "Send reset security info email to c*****@hotmail.com" I typed my email *the same Apple account email* and it showed me that the "reset security questions e-mail" has been sent to my account, I logged in to my account and found nothing, I tried waiting but nothing happened, I did the whole same thing many times, sending the "reset security questions e-mail" but I received nothing on my email. What should I do?
I need to reset these questions because I need my apple ID

Check the spam filter. If it's not there, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
