i have a rescue email address but it wont work even those i need to us it now. HELP!!!!

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.

You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
If you can't remember your answers and don't have access to your existing rescue email account then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

I dont remember them and never had to use them before.
When I go in to reset them, it send a reset to an unknown email address.

HT5312 Wrong rescue email address, since changed. Am I safe?

Initially I gave the wrong rescue address, which went through to someone else. I have since changed it to the right address and have verified that. Is my account now safe from whoever got the initial verification email?

Apple ID (AOL email address) wont work on Apple TV - any ideas?

Although I did not know it, I apparently have two apple IDs - one with a @AOL.COM extension and one without. My library, apps etc are on the ID without the extension but I cannot get to sign the Apple TV into that account as it says that account is frozen (which it isn't as I still buy things using it) - but I cannot get into it in customer service nor change password as it does not send the email to me when it confirms that it has been sent.

Hi tried the various options but ended up deleting the apps associated with the old Appleid and then accessing them from the App Store and reloading. They automatically asked for the new Appleid and password.
