Ok, so I had the same problem. What you should do is, call the
Apple Technical Support number: (44) 0844 209 0611
And ask for the Account Security Team. This worked for me.

If you can't remember them then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox) - but some recent posts are saying that Apple have temporarily suspended the reseting of security question/answers whilst account security processes are improved, so it may take longer.

You're sure that it's a rescue email address that you have, not an alternate email address ? If you aren't getting the reset link then that indicates that your don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

so, i got and ipod like back in 2011 and I did the whole 'security questions' and i did not to the rescue email. Now, i have an iphone and everytime I try to buy anything with a price, whether its music or apps, I have to answer sercurity questions, BUT I FORGOT THEM . and so I did try many things, but nothing works, and I don't want to start a new account (apple id). I just want to know how I can get my apple id sercurity answers easily. Someone please help... *I don't have a resuce email* if anyone knows how you can do or make a resuce email without making a new id, please tell me thank you. *Also please don't make it require going to the apple store or mailing them my problem, the apple store is far away from were i live and they take for ever to write back.*

I want to reset my scurity quwstions/ answers. I also would like to reset my banking details. Everytime I try to change Banking details. Apple tells me session timed out and has ended, in the first 5 seconds.
