I have been trying for months now to rest my security questions, everytime i try click the link to send an email i dont get any email. is this just happening to me , or the same for other people

mi problema es que me regalaron una tarjeta de iTunes, ahora ya le colocado sin problema pero cuando intento comprar me salta que como es primera vez debo contestar de nuevo las preguntas de seguridad, lo que sucede es que este id lo tengo ya hace mucho tiempo y la verdad no recuerdo las respuesta y ya e bloqueado la cuenta 2 veces y debo esperar otras 8 Horas.
Mi solicitud es por favor me ayuden a desbloquear mi cuenta y resetear las preguntas de seguridad para comprar lo que necesito

my problem is that I got an iTunes card, now already placed without problem but when I try to buy it as I jump first time I reply back security questions, what happens is that this id what I have long ago and i do not remember the answer and you and blocked the account 2 times and I have to wait another 8 hours.
My request is please help me unlock my account and reset the security questions to buy what I need

You're sure that it's a rescue email address that you have, not an alternate email address ? If you aren't getting the reset link then that indicates that your don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

If you aren't seeing the send reset link then you don't have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.

HT5312 I am trying to reset security questions. I have made sure i have 2nd email address. I have verified email address. I go to send reset for security questions and i am not getting email back.

I am trying to purchase songs. I am ask 2 security questions. I can't remember answers. I hit the send reset, security questions. I am not getting any response back. I went in and added another email address and verified it hoping that this would work and i would get it sent to that address. Still nothing.

A second email address is not going to help you. You would have had to set up a Rescue email address prior to forgetting the security questions. At this point, you will need to contact iTunes Support to get them reset:

If you can remember them then you can login here and change them : https://appleid.apple.com
If you can't remember them and you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Questions' or 'iTunes Store account security' (it appears to vary by country) and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)

Why dont you just change your Apple ID (your email)? Make a new Apple ID and do the security questions that you will remember. Also, make sure you write down all the info with your Apple ID for later refrence.
To create a new Apple ID, follow the easy steps below:
Settings > Itunes and App stores > Tap "Apple ID: (YOUR APPLE ID IS HERE!)" > Tap "Sign Out" > Tap "Create New Aple ID"
