Hi,I want to buy some apps today.
While I was ready to purchase , the store ask me to answer my security questions.
But I had already forgot my answer !
Now I can't purchase any app, help ! Thanks!

The page that you posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

  • HT5312 security questions reset

cant get security questions reset, apple verified via email, still can purchase in itunes store.

What do you mean that you can't get them reset ? Do you mean that you aren't getting the reset link on your account (if you aren't then you don't have a rescue email address) or that you aren't receiving the reset email to that account ?
If you aren't getting the reset link then you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions), or you have one but aren't receiving the reset email to it (you've checked the spam folder on that account and tried clicking the reset link again?), then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

  • HT5312 Security Question Help is not true.

Under everything I have read to try to change my security questions is not correct information. I go to manage my accound and security tab, but then it after i dont get my questions correct it gives me no option to reset them OR HAVE THEM SENT TO MY "RESCUE EMAIL." I havent been able to donload music for a year now cause no one can help me actually fix it I AM SO IRRITATED!

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
An alternate email isn't the same as a rescue email. Creating or changing a rescue email would be a means of bypassing them.

  • HT5312 security questions reset link

So, I went to go reset my security questions because when i first joined apple i was 10 years old and am now 16, and i have no idea what those answers are now. I clicked on the correct links and tabs and what not until i got to my security questions, in the directions and diagram of how to reset them, ther is a blue link that says, "send reset security info email to [email protected]" In the diagram the link is there, but on the actual page, it's not. As of now, i can't use the $25 that i put onto my account on my phone because of these security questions. Therefore, i can't buy apps, music, or anything else on my phone until i do the security questions.

  • HT5312 Security questions has no reset link

    Hi
Two days now I'm trying to buy a 1 dollar app.. Well since I'm on my new iPad.. I'm now a security violation.. The annoying 8 character password upper case with numbers is not good enough.. It wants security questions.. Just to buy the one dollar app.. No wonder apple stock is diving, the insane hurdles you have to jump to spend a dollar are amazing..
So I've been watching videos.. Reading online help on how to reset these security questions..it doesn't work.. I go to appleid.apple.com.  Login. Click on the left security and passwords.. Up pops the security questions again, there's suppose to be a link where I can reset by email on the bottom.. It's not there..  There's nothing there. how do I get that link?

Call AppleCare for your country for help resetting the security questions.

  • HT5312 Security question reset

We have requested reset emails be sent to the rescue email address; however, the messages never arrive and we have been unable to answer the current questions correctly.
This is preventing us from being able to purchase anything from the iTunes store on our iPod Touch or iPad mini.
    Any suggestions?

  • HT5312 Security questions reset help

I had just gotten an iTunes card and I just cashed it last night, but I can't download anything untill I answer my security questions. Is there a way to reset my security questions without  it losing the money? I only know one security question.

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can assist with recovering lost answers.

  • HT5312 Security Questions Forgotten

I seem to have read and reread the article about forgotten security questions a million times, but still I can't seem to get it right.
I have tried to verify my rescue email, but for some reason it does not want to verify, and I cannot access my itunes store, since I can't remember my security questions.
Must this be so difficult?  Please just help me reset my answers to those stupid questions, or at least let us choose our own questions, so that I can remember the answers.
    Help!!!

Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

  • HT5312 Security Questions locked my account

    Hello,
I was given a 15$ Itunes gift card and went to use it tonight.  When I went to purchase a song the funds were going to be drawn from my card on file and not the gift card.  Upon attempting to change that I was asked 2 security questions which I honestly dont remember the answer I had previously given.  I would like to have my account unlocked as well as be guided through the steps to use my gift card instead of the card on file.  Thank you
    Chris

  • HT5312 security question problem

how can i reset my security question  i forgot the questions and aswers plz help

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
