I have been trying for the last week to get my security questions. I was told if I change my password I would be able to, did that didn't work. I am so confused and honestly I just really need someone who has done it before and who can thoroughly explain it tell me. Or someone who knows a where I can get clear information, because the info page apple has is.......ll.. Long and frustrating -_-

When I attach a JPG file in my email message and send it to a Windows friend they get the message "The file type being saved or retrieved has been blocked when they try to open it so that they can save it." Anyone know why and how to fix this problem?
Your Windows friend should ask in a Windows forum why his email client won't open attached jpg files. We have no idea what email client he is using or how his Windows security is configured.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions.

this does not help. I have forgotten ALL of the answers to my security questions. I can NOT reset the answers to my security questions without answering two of the three security questions. The other way to reset the answers to these questions is for apple to send me an email on my rescue email addres which I DO NOT HAVE.
