Hi, Im trying to purchase a song and iTunes wants m sercuity questions but i forget my sercuity questions and the option: Forget your answers. It isn't there and i have verified my rescue email address. Can anyone help?

Telephone Apple Care for your country and ask for the Account Security Team, then request help resetting the questions.

The 'send reset info' only shows if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If it's not showing then that implies that you haven't got one on your account, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your security questions - in which case see if the instructions on this user tip helps you get the questions reset : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551

What is to be Done..???The link only appears if you have a rescue email address, which is not the same thing as an alternate email address - they are different addresses/settings on an account. If you aren't getting the option then that implies that you don't have a rescue email address, and you only add one by answering 2 of your security questions, so you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

I've tried it on many sites but always the same result, a new page but no detail. The header details says "search bookmarks and history". Very strange

I have tried to reset my security questions going to "manage your account " but the options"forgot you answer is not there. I can not buy any thing and I have credit in my account.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I forgot my security answers and I have no rescue email, I am trying to purchase as usuall but this time seems different, app store is asking me to answer the questions and I have no idea about the answers. WHAT TO DO? as I mentioned I have no rescue mail.
Contact applecare support at 800-275-2273, ask for someone in account security - to reset security questions. After the advisor verifies your identity, they can reset your security questions.

Well, of course a rescue address which is the same as the main address (which doesn't work) isn't a lot of use.

I have a mac OSX desktop version 10.6.8 and all of a sudden I can't get a full screen view in Safari when I ask for help the response is use the arrows on the top right of the screen ... I don't have them ... can anyone help?

I don't remember those arrows in 10.6, only 10.7 & up!?
I have 10.6.8, as you do. To make your Safari full screen, make sure you have the left hand side of your safari page moved all the way to the left. Then move your cursor to the BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER of the safari page, and simply drag your page towards the lower right hand corner of the screen. NOTE: you will see a series of lines on the bottom right corner of the page, indicating where to place you cursor arrow.

I have seen a lot of cases like your issue, and it's easy to solve.
First, open Disk Utility, select Macintosh HD in the sidebar and repair permissions. Sometimes, a permission can be damaged and it makes that an application doesn't work properly.
If that doesn't work, open Finder, select Go menu > Go to Folder, type ~/Library/Prefereces, delete "com.apple.desktop.plist" and "com.apple.systempreferences.plist" and restart -
