HT5312 This option is not there on the webpage.

I have bought many apps but now my ipad is telling me this is the first time im buying an app please answer security question.
But i cant remember the answer.
When i follow the instructions it says there will be a
Send reset security info email to ...
But this option is not there on the webpage.
So now i cant even buy an app.
Please Help me???

You are prompted for your security questions upon the first attempt to make a purchase from the iTunes or App Store on a new device. This is for your security. However, if you do not remember the answers to your security questions please refer to the following article:

What should I do if I don't remember the answers to my Apple ID security questions?
