What do you mean by 'isnt' my email' ? If won't/can't be the same as any other email address on your account.
If you know the answers to your security questions then the steps half-way down the HT5312 page which posted from will let you change it
Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
If you can't remember your answers and you don't have access to the rescue email account then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

You won't be able to change it until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
