HT5312 What if the email to recover your answer is deactivated? What do you do?

I tried to reset my answer but the email that was used to recover them was my email that was deactivated. I have changed my emails to my new one but it doesn't seem to change it to recover my answers?  Any suggestions.

You won't be able to change it one until you can answer your questions (if you've updated email addresses on your account then they will be alternate email addresses), you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to update your rescue email address for potential future use
