HT5312 why do you have to answer security questions to reset them, if you don't know your security questions how are you able to reset them?
I don't understand this. Why can't you send an email to reset the questions or give you the answers?

I registered with Apple 3 years ago. This year I bought a new HP Laptop and an iPad 3. I tried downloading something that I needed for school and it asked me for my security questions. I set these questions 3 years ago. There is no way to reset the questions without Apple sending you a riduculous email saying that the only way to reset the questions is to call Apple. When you call Apple, in order to talk to someone who actully knows what they are talking about, they say you have to pay $19.95. What am I supposed to do?

I had been having no problem watching videos online of recent TV shows. Now the video stops every time it comes to the built-in ads. Has an update of Firefox installed an ad blocker that's making it impossible for me to watch TV videos (of recent TV shows at the network websites) without getting stopped every time an ad comes on. Just curious, I don't see much about this topic, but apparently the radiation levels of this phone are very high. I bet most people carry their phones in their pockets, yet no one is asking about the fact that apple says not to. Is this practical? Is this something to be concerned about? Have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.
