I have forgotten my security questions. And I am been trying to reset them for the longest time but I keep getting sent to this page that you show you how but there's no link to where I can actually reset it can somebody please show me the link to the place where I can actually reset my security questions and move on in life thank you

The reset link on your account will only show if you have a rescue email address on it. You've gone to https://appleid.apple.com/ and clicked on 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and logged into your account, and then clicked on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page - is there a reset link on the right-hand side of that page below the two questions ?
If there isn't then you don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.

Check your local CraigsList. There are often many people claiming they will repair iPhones at lower prices than Apple will charge. But you get what you pay for; you're better off going to Apple and getting it repaired by them, even though you're out of AppleCare and will have to pay for it.
Did you jailbreak your iPhone? If that's what has disabled your accelerometer, you might be able to "repair" it yourself. Do a Google search on "iphone 4 accelerometer repair" for videos and instructions.

Did you delete all receipts with iDVD in the file name with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/ folder before installing the new copy? If not then do so and delete the new application also.

Scheduling an appointment at the Genius Bar. But I have been to the store three times in the last three weeks.
To solve a different problem, the folks at the store replaced my iPhone 4S.
I came home and loaded my backup onto the new phone. Everything EXCEPT iMessage seems to be working great.
I would really appreciate any feedback...

You will have to return the iPhone to Australia .The iPhone warranty is not international .
Warranty and service is only provided in Country of original sale
You could try a reset followed if required by a restore initially with backup and then again if required as new
If that makes no difference it will be a hardware issue and you will have to return it to Australia

Full price. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects, not you losing the iPod.

I don't know much about samba, but I have had very similar problems with netbios in windows, I find it to be very unreliable and I think you would be better off with ftp, but that's just my opinion. Apart from that, are you sure you have the necessary ports opened, and so do they? And you might need a line in /etc/hosts.allow

Your device is stolen. Sorry, it's likely gone. and your warranty is for manufacturer's defects to something you no longer own. You could always contact Apple and see if they'd refund the money, however I think that's doubtful. Your device is gone and the warranty with it.
If you're thinking that your warranty will cover theft and Apple will provide you with another device, no. Won't happen. The warranty is for them making a mistake in making the device, producing a defective one. It's not for them to safeguard your possession of the device.
