Well, I figured itout.
Apparently the Numbers (and Pages) app downloads was stopped and \never re\started.. possibly because of something I did, like turn off my machine during them.
I went to Apple > App Store > Purchases. I discovered all three iWorks apps were listed but showed "Resume" as the status button at the right. I clicked on each to get them started again... and they eventually automatically became "Installed".
They work, now!

Check the S.M.A.R.T. status on your HD: Boot from install disc (insert disc > restart > immediately hold down the c key and keep holding it until you see “Preparing Installation”) > at first screen select the language and click Continue > click on the Utilities Menu in the menu bar > select Disk Utility > select your HD in the panel on the left side (the name of the HD’s manufacturer and the model number, usually the top item in the list) > look at the bottom of the main window next to S.M.A.R.T. status and see if it says “Verified” (good) or something more ominous like “Failing.”
If S.M.A.R.T. status is "Verified," run Repair Disk > click Repair Disk at bottom of main window. Run this at least twice, and keep running it until it says “appears ok” twice in a row. If that doesn’t happen, you may need a stronger utility (such as DriveGenius, TechToolPro, DiskWarrior) or if the directory is damaged beyond repair, you may need to reinstall the OS, or you may have a damaged HD which will need to be replaced (repair utilities can only repair the directory structure, not the HD itself). When this is finished, quit Disk Utility, quit the installer, and restart. Once booted normally, go to Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility and run Repair Permissions.

Acrobat Reader cannot open e-mail program

I´ve a little problem with the Acrobat reader. After installing on our new computer (Windows 7) the reader cannot find our e-mail program (Windows Live Mail). Can anyone say me where the problem is?

If you just bought the software, which Adobe no longer sells, it might be a problem with whoever sold it to you.

Right-click (or Control-click) on a PDF file and select "Open With..." and then select Adobe Reader. Now all PDF files should open in Reader.

I can't open Firefox no more, I try clicking on the icon but it doesn't even load anymore.

After some time I realized I can not open Firefox anymore.
I have always used Firefox as my default browser and I really like their features, it's the best browser for me, but for 2 weeks I haven't had the possibility to open it.
I have tried many ways, such as try to open new tab, or try to open new windows, or try to open new private session but none worked. It's impossible to load Firefox. I have been searching on different sites to finally resolve my problem but it didn't help me at all.
I also reinstalled it many times but the same problem.

sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. This may not be a problem with the fire fox instead this may be a problem with your computer.
Plz check your computer for virus mainly "Trojan". download an antivirus and run a full scan and also be updated to latest fire fox version.

Since yesterday i cannot open my mail application, it works early in the morning and I quit the application. In the afternoon it was impossible to open it. I already download an upgrade of the MacOS X 10.3.9, but nothing hapen. Any suggestions?

Do an optional reinstallation of Mail from your installation DVD, then download and run the apprropriate Combo updated from the Apple site.

You say you downloaded, but have you completed the installation?
On Windows there is often two files. They need to be unzipped (Extract Files) and everything placed in a single folder. From there you run setup.

Basically I cannot upload videos sent from a Sprint PCS mobile to my email account because Windows technology is required. I am aware of the virtual box and bootcamp but I would much prefer a Mac only solution...Perhaps someone has written a script or knows a workaround?
Any help appreciated even if that means redirecting me to another section of this forum, but in this case, which one exactly?

I didn't misread your post. In a word, yes. In a little more detail.... When you restore from an iCloud backup, you must erase the device and start all over again. There is no other way to access the backup in iCloud without erasing the device. Consequently, you are starting all over again. Therefore, it would also be my assumption that Pages and Numbers will work again and that the deleting apps issues would be fixed as well.
If the documents are not in the backup, and you do not have a backup elsewhere, the documents could be gone forever.
