You can't change any features (storage size, switch cellular, add cellular, etc).
Your only option is to sell the iPad and buy a new one.

They don't exist in iCloud.
iCloud is Apple's service for backups and App data storage / syncing.
Purchased Apps, when removed from the iPad will still appear in your Purchased history, and you can still download them from "the" cloud which is just a generic term for Apple's App servers.
Purchased Apps can de re-downloaded for free from the "cloud". To allow you to do this Apple keeps a historic list of all your purchases so you can download them again should you ever need to without charging you again for them.
This has nothing to do with the iCloud service you can choose not to use. For Calendars, Notes etc...
It is independent un unrelated.

Seventy one is correct, you need to take this up with the manager of the store.
Ultimately, if the guy who handled the return at the store didn't enter it into the system correctly, or if the paperwork was somehow lost, or anything else along those lines, your refund receipt is the only thing you have proving that they owe you money. If you have lost that receipt, it's quite possible that you will have lost the money that it represents.
Go to the store. Talk to the manager. Try to recall which person at the store handled the return, and see if they remember you. Be polite but insistent, and remember that without the receipt, you are depending on those people to help you out.

In terms of a refund, what does it say on the app's description page in the store (a lot say that refunds aren't given) ? I upgraded to Maverick OS X 10.9.5, numbers spreadsheet is saved. Upon re-opening, it appears to be frozen, a warning "file is invalid as index.xml file is missing". I checked, and the file is not "locked". This appears to occur only with using the new numbers app. When I open previous spreadsheets from old iWorks, no such problem occurs.
How did you resolve your problem?
Would appreciate any help here.

Not sure why you can't delete that account. If you have admin privileges, you should be able to. Sounds like you only removed the Home Folder for that account.
You should highlight/select the account you want to remove and then click the minus button. Might need to unlock the padlock with your admin password.

Hi - the new lightning connector on the iPhone 5 has an authentication chip so very few 3rd party manufacturers have come out with compatible devices - so I doubt that you will find a frame that works for both phones - however Apple has come out with 2 apapters - one is a cable and one is a direct 30 pin to lightning device - you would have to check out each frame to see if one of these might work - I looked at the Panasonic and it looks promising but I would check the return policy of anything that you buy in a case it doesn't work.

Hey Jonathan, You would have to check with Walmart and there return policies to be certain. But with a receipt showing that you purchased a 32G model not a 16G model and all the packing boxes and papers, I don't know why not, but I don't work for Walmart either. But don't delay if you keep the wrong iPod for to many days Walmart may think you have other motives. Good luck. Cheers.
