HT5463 Does this include text messages as well?

Lets say I have a girlfriend or a busy who sends crazy text/pics and during a meeting at work. I was wondering if the do not disturb feature stops messages except from the group of interest. Like work group or emergency contacts group. If not I think this could be a great feature for business use. Also make have this feature applicable by the calendar as well. A simple drop down to select labeled do not disturb or that half moon icon with a drop down with a null value that means not applied and on and the groups list. This way I or we can have it for every meeting. I can see many applications for its use. Girls friends house, funerals, parents dinner and so on. But still gives you the security knowing the important content will get through.

I can only guess about the reason... Firefox works with many websites' "rich text" editors, but ones that haven't been updated for five years may assume that Firefox is the old Netscape browser and use scripting techniques that don't work in Firefox.
If Verizon has a different "basic" or HTML editor that you can tolerate using, you could try that. It might not be subject to the same incompatibilities.
If I someday get a Verizon account, I will surely be looking into this further, but for now, it's hard to suggest anything else.

Text messages, MMS messages, email, music catalog, operating system settings, safari cache, siri cache, Genius data (if enabled), game center data -- esentially everything on your phone that isn't explicitely listed in the bar chart at the bottom of iTunes on your computer.
Sometimes there is also data corruption on the phone that ends up in Other. To get rid if it try restoring the phone with iTunes. If that makes no difference the corruption is in your backup; restore again as a new phone, then add content back.

What I concluded is that the phone information (with text message content) that we have came from the police department...when they conducted interviews, they asked for their phones and obtained the content, pictures, etc. that way. We also have logs from AT&T with information starting a few months prior to the incident; this information, however, is solely limited to who sent, who received, when, type of data, etc - NO content. I'm assuming that those are the logs that can be subpoenaed after the alloted amount of time, say, 10 days.
Does that sound correct?

What is the name of the voice and data plan do you have? The Share Everything plans include unlimited text messaging. The Nationwide plans don't include texting unless you choose that bundle type.

Wow, 1yerdua. That's far too long to be having this messaging trouble. We want to find the resolution fast! If you turn off your Lumia's WiFi (Menu > Settings > WiFi), are you still able to access data-oriented applications like Internet Explorer? Have you been to other areas of the state/country and experienced the same trouble?

Contact uses a tracfone, does not receive text messages but sent messages show on iPhone 6

As recently as 2 weeks ago, text messages where working to and from this contact. His carrier with Tracfone is AT&T.
I've already done some troubleshooting:
I am able to receive messages from my contact with the Tracfone, and it appears to send the message. But he never receives it.
He is able to send/receive messages from other contacts - including contacts with plans, and contacts with straighttalk/prepaid.
I am able to send/receive texts from other contacts - including those with plans and those with prepaid.straighttalk/prepaid.
He is not able to receive a group message from me, although other contacts do.
I am able to send/receive group messages from other contacts - including those with plans and those with prepaid.
I have tried with iMessage turned on and with it turned off.
I have tried with MMS messaging turned on and with it turned off.
I've verified the number is not listed as blocked.
I've deleted and recreated the contact and verified the number is correct.
Cellular data is enabled, as is LTE voice & Data.
I have service, and have not received any red exclamation points indicating failed to send.
I've already tried turning the device on and off.

Bunifufu, we appreciate you providing us with your phone type details. That is definitely odd that this is occurring. Just in case, what type of phone does the other user own? While it is strange they aren't receiving your messages, and that your phone displays sent. (Especially if the other person uses an iPhone and iMessaging too) There may be an issue on their end if it is indeed sending correctly on your end. we have a requirement to knock off the credits of debitors on FIFO basis. and the aging report also on 30,60,90,120 days.
please let me know how to approach this.
and what is the link between this tcode and aging report and unadjusted amount?
give me a brief idea or a solution till my FI consultant approaches me
i chkd the standard report..does this report includes unadjusted amount...
i mean if i customer pays some x amount will this be knocked off on FIFO BASIS??

IPhone 3GS restore did not include text messages?

I went out to buy a new iPhone 3GS today. Yesterday I backed up my 3G, but when I restored from that backup- everything was there except text messages. All contents of the Phone and Mail applications are restored, but the Messages app has nothing... No convos saved at all.
Is this abnormal? If so, is there a way besides "trying restore again" (since I've already done a full sync and don't want to undo it all) of salvaging my conversations?

it should have backed up SMS messages. Something to keep in mind though (from that article)
"iTunes only keeps one backup created during the sync process for each device. If you restore the iPhone or iPod touch and choose to set up as a new device from the Set Up your iPhone / iPod touch screen, iTunes will automatically sync and create a new, empty backup that will replace your previous backup. If you change your mind and want to restore to your previous state, you will have to retrieve your previous device backup from Time Machine (on your Mac), or other back up solution you regularly use."

Problem solved unchecked back up to icloud and backed up to my computer, which then allowed me to untick the songs that were physically on my iphone (when iphone connected to computer) that I didn't want. Synced again and voila!!! Only files I want are now on my iphone . This has been bugging me for weeks, determination certainly paid off. Sometimes I think having problems is a good thing, you learn heaps trying to solve an issue

C1-01 - does it save text messages?

I have just bought a C1-01 and it appears not to save text messages to the 'sent items' folder.
Is this the norm or is my phone the odd one out?
I would appreciate hearing from someone who is familiar with the phone.

Have sold four of these devices all consumers reporting same issue, after hour on phone to nokias report centre, we got no further as the lady read the whole manual and took us through a menu that did not exist. I am guessing is missing some software and nokia will release in future. advise you to get refund and buy the nokia 2330 as identical phone with out the software issues as nokia normally take a while to resolve.

No...only against your data allowance if sent over 3G.

Mac died, hard disk data recoverable - does this include Desktop files?

My G5 died (well, it fell victim to my ex's violent outrage - logic board dead), anyway... I have had my hard disk made up so I can mount it / access it on my new mac. But will this include the files that were saved on my Desktop?

The desktop is just a graphical representation of a folder inside your User's home folder. Naturally, the folder is named "Desktop." For those that work in a cluttered environment and have a hard time finding files or folders on their desktop, you can see the contents of the desktop in alpha/numeric list view by going to the desktop folder (Users->[your user name]->Desktop).

Dragging an Email to a Task does not include the message body in the task.

Since we migrated from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 a few months ago, we have had issues with creating tasks by dragging an email into the task folder. The task gets created but the body of the email does not transfer to the body of the task. Has
any one come across this?

Maintain CUBE - Does this refresh all dimensions as well

Hi,
When a CUBE is maintained from AWM 102020A, does this refresh all the dimensions linked to the CUBE or do we have to maintain each dimension first before the CUBE ?

the dimensions will be automatically maintained based on the latest data on the tables as per the mapping.. maintaining the cube does it all.
