I want to download whatsapp and I pressed on it in the appstore and now it's frozen on the confirmation page, I can't press cancel nor can I press confirm. My phone is brand new!What to do please?!
hold the sleep/wake button and the home button until the phone restarts. after that make sure your itunes account is setup and confirmed.

MrajYou do not need to do anything - iPhoto always keeps the original and you can revert to it at any time
If you want to be able to see the original and the cropped version in iPhoto at the same time duplicate the photo (this does not really duplicate but simply starts a new edit stream for the photo - command-d) and crop the duplicate

No you don;t have to pay for it twice. Simply install it on one machine. Then go to the other. Log into the App store there and it will be on your pruchases list. Install from there.

Reset the iPhone by pressing and holding the sleep/wake button and the home button for 20 seconds (maybe longer) until the Apple logo appears, ignore the red slider. Then turn back on. You won't lose any data doing the reset.

You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer. -

Unfortunately once all the 3 iCloud accounts have been created on your device, you cannot create any more regardless of what you do. You will need to re-use one of the accounts that you have already created or create your new account on another device or computer. -
How do i download my pictures from the icloud back to my phone?
So i deleted all my pictures off my phone. But i have the icloud backing them up. How do i download them back to my phone from the cloud?
You can also use iCloud Control Panel to copy them to your computer.
You should regularly sync your photos to yoru computer and delete them form the Camera Roll.
You can sync the photos you want back to the iPhone using iTunes.
and not leave them in yoru Camera Roll.

I checked the software status and says 10.7.3
Eventhough in the app store appears as available to "download".
Should I dowload it again?

The latest release is 10.7.3 so you do not need to download and install anything. Is the app store telling you other apps need to be updated? Garageband and iTunes, for instance?
There have been some users seeing glitches in the app store recently saying to download what was already downloaded. I would just update any apps it offers at this point. -
New iPad- mail wants to download +1500 emails from the server
I have backed up my iPad2 and installed this back up to the new iPad.
Email is working fine but it wants to load all 1500+ emails I have on the email server.
Is there a way I can stop this and still get any new emails?

For Exchange, all you need to do is set the "Mail Days to Sync" in Settings ... which varies from "1 Day" to "No Limit", which may be how you have your account set. -
Cant download at app store after several attempts to change apple id
i had changed my apple id 4x these past few days. however i finally decided to use my first id. now whenever i want to download via app store, theres a pop-out saying:'this apple id has not yet been connected to iTunes'
how can i conect to iTunes without using credit card due to i ont have one.You cannot install any apps at all without entering a credit card now - or without creating yet another new Apple ID. If you did not want to use a credit card with your Apple ID, there is a very specific way that you have to create the account. If you don't or didn't follow those steps exactly, you have no choice now but to enter a credit card - or create a new Apple ID without the credit card.
If you create a new Apple ID, you will also need another email address since you have already associated your current email address to the ID that needs a credit card. You also have to sign out of your ID in Settings>iTunes and App Stores before you can create anothe Apple ID.

Every time I want to download an app From AppStore when I start downloading it after I write my password there is warning that says to me that it isn't possible right now to download power DVD mobile even now were this app is deleted from my ipad
The power DVD app is active, and seems to download ok. You have already deleted the app?
I suspect what is happeneing is that a download is in your queue, and is blocking the queue until it completes, thus the message every time you try to do a down load. It may be failing because while it thinks you have the app, it is not finding it, and doesn't know what to do. ( sounds like a poorly designed download).
I think the way around this might be for you to resync with your iTunes, and let it reload the app onto your pad. Let it complete the download. Then, if you do not want the app, delete it again from your pad, and if you never want it, from I tunes as well.
The next time they do an update, you may wind up in the same situation, so if it happens again, until they fix the download routine, you will get stuck again.
So try the suggestion, and see if this clears it out.
The other option would be to open your account in I tunes on your computer, let it complete the download there. -

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the in-app purchase on your iPhone.
The first thing I would suggest is to log out of your iTunes Account on your iPhone, turn the iPhone off and then on again, and see if apps finish updating:
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Tap on your Apple ID account > Tap Sign Out

1. Update your device software
Update your device to the latest version of iOS.
2. Check for app updates

Tap Delete to remove the application and all of its data from your device.
Press the Home button.
Go to the App Store.
Search for the application and then download it again.
