HT5552 How do I reset the security questions when u don't know the answers to any of them
How do u reset ur security questions when u don't even remember setting them and apple won't help u with them. They say u have to know 1 of the answers to 1 of the questions and we keep telling them that we don't know any of them
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address then see if the instructions on this user tip helps : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551

This had never happened before but i answered to the best of my abilties and the answers came up as wrong. Below I was asked if I wanted to have the answers or reset instructs sent to my email, but the email with only the first letter showing didnt match the only email I have ever had. Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions.
