I want to be able to delete the books in iBooks that I've read. I can see edit & delete but nothing happens when I do this. I've tried rebooting/restarting/reopening iBooks but nothing seems to happen. Any suggestion or help would be much appreciated... Thanks

Click on the Hot Corners.. button and look at the four definitions. In the picture below, if you moved the cursor to the right top of the screen, it would slide all the applications off the screen as you describe and show the desktop. Set it to "-" to deactivate.

The problem is your friend's music does not belong to you. It is owned by your friend.
I'm afraid you cannot do what you are trying to do. Restoring the iPhone is what you would have to do.
In the future, put your music on the computer and transfer it to the iPhone, not the other way.

Are there any apps in the muti-tasking bar? If the app closed unexpectedly and appeared in the muti-tasking bar, end it. Double tap the home button and then hold the app until it starts to wiggle then tap the minus at the top left at the app (if you want, end all the remaining apps) try opening them now. How can I delete a movie in the MOVIES pane in iDVD? I highlight the movie and push delete, but the movie remains in the pane window. Some of the images in the pane are downloads are from QuickTime, and I want theme deleted from the MOVIES pane in iDVD.

Sorry for this late reply to your suggestion. Here is finally what worked for me :
I simply moved the second part of my movie (this second part is for my second DVD) to the right pane, including all the transitions etc, that I previously made. Doing this I just kept in timeline the content of my first DVD, and it worked like a charm.
Afterwards, I did the contrary : took back the second part to the beginning of the time line, and moved the first to the right panel.
I had tried copy.paste the clip to another project before, but this duplicate the materiel and take a huge space onto the hard drive. Moreover, as you may have noticed, there is no simple way to decrease the size of a project after you have imported the clips. The trash/ empty trash fonction is very conservative and does not make it possible to reduce the size of the altered materiel (I finished with a 45 gig project for a 2 hours movie).

If I link the vi "filter 2 1.03" located in the "analysis" vi (independantly from "analysis") to the "Global" vi located in the "3 dim-graph" vi and the link this to a 3D graph, I get the graph I looking for.
Here, the "filter 2 1.03" vi is located in the "Analysis" vi and the data traverse a loop before going to the "Global" vi, located in "3 dim graph" vi.
How can I do to have the data going in the "Global" vi, like if they were just coming out from the "filter 2 1.03" vi?

When I try to open your VIs, they come up broken. You may want to save the VIs as a development library. Open the VI >> file >> save as >> development distribution. I also cannot follow exactly what you need. Would it be possible to simply your code down to the exact problem? This will help us tremendously in giving you a solution.

has 14.27 GB used and 13.55 FREE. So I just want to know how to get my music back on to my Ipod

Audiobooks from outside of iTunes store, how can i classify them as such?

I have the pimsleur spanish audio books that I bought, and I ripped the discs as MP3s and imported them into iTunes. They have since been synced to my new iPod, but I want them to show up under Audiobooks, not music. Because when I activate the shuffle, I don't want those audio books to play, but seeing as how there are over 90 of them altogether, out of 400 MP3s, they pop up EVERYWHERE within the shuffle list.
So I was just wondering how I can remedy this.

I'm trying to open a folder found in a department drive that i have full access to via a link on a website but nothing happens. How do I make the link work?

The link connects to my G drive and it should open up a folder for me to store things on my hard drive. This works on IE although I usually use firefox at home so I changed my browser at work. Try a full restore. If the screen is still unresponsive after the reset then its a harsware problem.

When the software update box opens on my mac, I click to upload it, but it never does. It just keeps acting like it trying to upload, but nothing happens. Then I have to go online and upload it from a website. This happened with 4.0, 5.0 and now 6.0.
