HT5569 both t-mobile and Apple Iphone guys have failed to have my handset access internet via simcard where do i go to now
I am unable to access Internet despite my simcard has unlimited Internet provided by t-mobile. I spent 2 hrs with a t-mobile agent who tried all sorts of tricks from resetting and going via itunes and failed. He gave a number to apple helpline. I call and had a guy try all sort of tricks but still am left without mobile Internet. unless am connected to a wifi in the house. I have used this handset for over 7 months in and out of the country and yet it has never given a problem as I change simcards wherever I go. Now where do I go for help? The guy at iphone could not even restore my fone, even after switching off my find my fone app.

This is a user forum so your tantrum is not reaching Apple, you are only addressing other iphone users.
What is Life video? If it requires Flash, then it will not play as Adobe ( the maker of Flash) does not make a Flash player for iphone.
The iphone is a product with a set of features, if the features you want are not on the iphone, then you should buy another phone. You are not "entitled" to anything as you have the choice not to use/buy the iphone.
The iphone is designed to sync with itunes. Again, this is a requirement of the product.

Let's try a standalone Apple Mobile Device Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of why it's not installing under normal conditions.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi (or AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi) to do a standalone AMDS install.
(If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi again.)
Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, can you get a normal iTunes install to go through properly now?
If instead you get an error message during the install (or uninstall), let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.) -
my iphone is able to charge when i connect it to my computor, but no matter what i do, will not show up on itunes. i have tried resetting both the computer and the iphone and nothing is working.

Is this the most up to date article on up-dating the iPhone OS - is there anything about the problems relating to the up-date to OS 6 - my G3 no longer works and Apple seems to have gone to ground. No Genius bar appointments available for a week!
iOS 7 devices need iTunes 11.1 or newer to sync. Depending upon your computer and the OS it is running, you may not be able to upgrade to iTunes 11.1 based on the requirements for iTunes 11.1. What computer and OS are you running your iTunes on? From the iTunes download pages I see the requiorements are:

In order to play music through the headset, it must support this particular profile, A2DP. You can check the specs on the headset to see if it does support that. Not all headsets that support phone calls will support music. -

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do. -
Can I save messages from both my new and old iphone
I was unable to set up my new iphone 6 right away due to computer issues where my itunes and phone backup are stored. Now I have messages on both my new and old iphones that I don't want to lose, but I need to restore my new phone with the backup of the old. Is there any way to add the messages from the new iphone to the backup of the old?
Not really - but at least you are thinking about it in advance which is good
The restore from backup as you know is a snapshot in time of your phone
So if you restore from the old - you lose the new messages after that point
You may be able to use software like TouchCopy to get the messages off your phone - either old or new -
I have a iPhone 5. In usage, it says i have 2.1 gigs used because of photos and camera. I have deleted all my photos via iPhoto and now reset the phone back to factory settings in order to try to solve this problem, to no avail. Both iTunes and the phone say that 2.1 gigs are being used, even though the phone now has nothing on it. What is going on?
Yeah it works fine over wifi the problem is when I try to use it over my 3G. It's really stressing me out now.

Our company has users on both Acrobat X and XI. We have custom stamps in X that the XI users need to use. How do we transfer the stamps to use in the newer version?
You just copy the stamp files from one machine and place them in the correct directory on the other. You can find the location of both the user and app stamp directories by running the following code in the interactive JavaScript console:
app.getPath("user", "stamps");
app.getPath("app", "stamps");
Select both lines and press Ctrl+Enter (Windows) or cmd+enter (Mac). Here's what I get with this using Acrobat 11 on a Mac:
user folder: /Macintosh HD/Users/georgejohnson/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/11.0/Stamps/
app folder: /Macintosh HD/Applications/Adobe Acrobat XI Pro/Adobe Acrobat Pro.app/Contents/Built-in/Comments.acroplugin/Stamps/
The stamp files (PDFs) might have cryptic looking names, but you can safely open each to see what stamps they contain. -
