What is the wording of the message? Typically yo have to enter a password set by the people who administer the network

Do you have an Apple-ID? if you do, then you should not have to enter your Address again, and may be able to sidestep the US Zip Code issue. -
what is an smpt password? I have problems sending photos using the stamp at the bottom because it asks for some smpt password and I have no clue to find out what it is, how to set one of find one if I somehow put one in and don't know what it it.
It's the password for your outgoing mail in your Mail account. You need to set it up in your Preferences.

Aarroonn789 the Adobe Application Manager is a main component of the Creative Cloud Desktop application. I would recommend removing and reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop application. If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

You cannot change your Apple ID. You can get a new one if you want, but all of your Apps and media are linked to yoru old Apple ID. And no, Apple won't transfer your old ID purchases to yoru new ID.

You can try contacting the iTunes Store and asking if there is any way to use your card, but they probably will tell you that it's not possible.

Using a debit card in any online service where it stores your card is a bad idea in any case since if someone gains access to your account in the service, they can quickly drain your bank account. Credit cards limit your liability, as do prepaid iTunes cards.
