If you mean the answers to your security question(s) then if you only have one question on your account, or if you have multiple questions and you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account, then you should be able to reset it/them yourself : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6170
If you have multiple questions and don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset - which will normally be by phone as they need to confirm your id and that it's your account.

No one here can help you, nor can/will Apple. Unless you can get that info, you won't be able to restore the phone, to sell it, or re-activate it.
You need to somehow get back in touch with your girlfriend & obtain this info, or all you'll own is a paperweight.

How do you reset your security password?

I know what to do to reset the security password but I can't click on the "reset password...." button because apple wants me to verify to know its me. But i can't do that so i can't download music etc because i dont know my password. HELP!
