You need to log out of you account on your phone and delete your iCloud account from the phone, then add the new one back. See: Change your Apple ID

I tryed to choose the unwanted persona again, so I can remove it properly but it doesn't work. When I choose a new persona, it works until I close firefox and when I open it again I wear the old one again.

If you want to change your iCloud ID or password on your phone go to Settings>iCloud and tap Delete Account, then sign back in with your updated information. I kind of agree with Philly on this one. If you get a new email address, there is no need to establish an entirely new account to use that address. You just need to modify your account to show the new email address. This way all your purchase history and rights to purchased apps stays in place. Creating a new iTunes/Apple account each time your email address changes really doesn't make sense in my opinion. I only point this out for future searchers who end up on this thread.

Not if you change the ID. You would need to give them the new address.
