I am english & live in France. My account & Billing Address are both registered in France. I wish to purchase Books in English. However whenever I access the UK iTunes website to make a purchase I am automatically diverted to the French web site. The selection of books in English on that site is very limited. Can I set up a separate account to make purchases of English books in addition to my existing account?
You can only buy content from your own country's iTunes store - to be able to buy from, for example, the UK store you will need to be here in the UK and have a UK billing address on your account.
If there are particular ibooks that you would like to be able to buy then you can try requesting that they be added to the French store, but unless the publisher's agree to it then Apple won't be able to sell them there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
Do you have access to other ebook apps/stores in the French store e.g. Kindle app for Amazon, Nook, Kobo - you might be able to get English-language versions of ebooks from them.

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with your iTunes purchases. I recommend downloading your purchases directly to your computer using the Purchases page in the iTunes Store:
Download previous iTunes Store purchases to an authorized computer
Click iTunes Store near the top of the iTunes window.
Click the Purchased link at the right of the iTunes Store homepage (below Quick Links).
In the page that appears, select a category.
iTunes shows you which of your purchases are available for download. You can view all of your past purchases, or just the ones not currently in your iTunes library. Items already in your library aren’t available for download. If you select Music, you can view your purchases by song, artist, or album. If you’re viewing by album, click an album to see which songs on it are available for downloading.
To download all available items, click Download All.

When ever I browse a news or cricbuzz app on my iphone5 it automatically brings up the jelly splash on the AppStore within 5 to 10 sec every time. Please could some one suggest if this is a virus or a bug. It is annoying and does not allow me to browse anything on the net.
This is not due to malware. There is no known malware capable of infecting any iOS device, unless that device has been jailbroken.
I have seen one other report this morning of a similar issue. This could simply be due to a rogue ad on those sites. However, if it's happening on a number of other sites as well, you may be having some problems with your network. As an example of the sort of thing I'm talking about, see:

this is SHOCKING from Apple... this is not in my domain of settings!!!In the iBooks application on the Mac, there is a checkbox to sync highlights and notes across devices.
I don't see a similar setting in the iBooks app on my iPad. It may require iBooks on the Mac as a mediator.

Just purchased and downloaded pe 13. While installing, I found out pe13 is not compatible with my OSX 7.5 system. Any Idea's on how to swap for pe 12? It's not available on the Adobe web site. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Adobe is not going to swap 13 for 12. It is selling only 13 download as you found out. So, you are going to have to purchase 12 if you want to use that program. It may still be available at some retail locations, such as Amazon.

Ericsvaren please make sure the date range selected is sufficient to include the order for your font. I would also encourage you to make a local back up in case you need the font again in the future. Yes. You can set the payment method to "None" once you log into iTunes on your PC/Mac. I have it set up this way.

When i Log into instagram it say my account is disable but when i log in on another iphone my instagram account log's in. HELP !!I just asked the same thing and did some research. Some people have said that the UDID code is like banned from instagram, but your account isn't. I'm able to use it on my phone but not on my iPod.

The ipad wont sync and will return an error "Ipad cannot sync because the computer is no longer authorized to transfer the purchases..." But when I do a file>devices>transfer purchases. It is successful. Updated to ios7 recently. I'm facing the problem since then. I've tried deauthorizing and then authorizing several times.
Thanks Gail but ive tried that as well as logging oht and back into my accounts on my iphone and mac but I still get that message. I actually found a solution by unckecking my synced music playlist and clicking sync to remove it and then reclicked on my playlist to sync and it actually synced notmally and I got all of my new songs so I wanted to test it again so I clicked on sync again and the message once again popped up until I did the un-syncing and re-syncing again. I guess I will keep doing that in the future even though its annoying but its better than resetting my iphone.

Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, check restrictions. Settings > General > Restrictions
