Creating an Apple ID is very simple. Now one of the following may have happened:
Email may have sent to your spambox
Email may have sent to A different mailbox
If none of these happened then try it with A different email address.

    Where are you trying to create it?
    Go to appleid.apple.com and create it there.   Type the country name in the space and a dropdown should appear. Nigeria is clearly available there.

    If you are not 13 as determined by the birthdate you enter, you can't create an account.

    I was looking through some resources and think I have found something that will help resolve this issue.
    It is our iPhone Troubleshooting Assistant and can be found here: http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/assistant/phone/.
    I recommend starting at step 1 and working your way down from there.
    Restart iPhone
    To restart iPhone, first turn iPhone off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider and iPhone will turn off after a few moments.
    Next, turn iPhone on by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
    Is iPhone not responding? To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    If your device does not turn on or displays a red battery icon, try recharging next.
    When you come to step 3, and the article has you close the App, I recommend closing all Apps.

    The 800-numbers to contact Apple (US) we see at the main Apple Store (US) are not
    able to be used out-of-country; some listed in the Contact Apple are main numbers

  • I TRIED TO create an apple id, but i put another email very similar to mine, and now i dont know how to cancel my credit card from this new account, beacuse just when i finished i realised that i commited a mistake with the e-mail address.

    If you are concerned, check with iTS to remove your CC from the account, or disable it.

    Create a NEW account/ID for her using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old

  • I've been trying to create a Skype account, but I can never establish a secure connection to website

    No matter which browser I use (Safari, Firefox or Chrome), I can't get to the page to create a new account / sign into an account because the browser can't establish a secure connection. For example, Safari gives me this message: Safari can't open the page "https://secure.skype.com/portal/overview" because Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server "secure.skype.com". Firefox and Chrome give me similar messages. I downloaded the application to my MacBook Pro without any issue, so I really don't understand why this seemingly simple step is giving me trouble.

    Content and Apple IDs -
    Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple Id to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with another Apple ID with a new ID.

    Contact Apple support at 800MYAPPLE and ask them to assist you with resetting your security quesitons.
    They will ask you to verify your identity. Not usually a big issue. Call them ask for assistance.
    They can walk you through getting the security question issues resolved.

    The censorship in regards to certain apps not being available in your country is by your country, not by Apple.
    Due to various laws and licensing in each country, in order to have an iTunes store account in a particular country you must have a credit card with a billing address in that country. If this were up to Apple, there would be no such requirement and there would be only one iTunes store for the entire world, but various laws, regulations, and licensing issues in each country, this is required by Apple.
