Have already been charged for reviewing my apple id the first time but trying to use it again I m asked to fill in the same information regarding my visa .Does that mean I m getting charged again??
What do I do wrong ?
All these for trying to Download the new mavericks update through AppStore (curr. running on 10.8)

Still when i was asked to review my app id for the first time and filled the visa info i got an sms from my bank with an 1.23Euro charge .
But this is not my prob
I m trying to download mavericks Os tha is offered for free to me and going through the steps required
1. I m asked for my appid and password
I do that and
2.get the message that my Id is beeing used with app store for the first time review or cancel
3 I choose review
4 I get a page with my personal info as input by me the first time (Name, address ..) and empty cells under the card number ,type and code
that is the point where I choose to cancel .....

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

I've already been charged for my iPhone 6 preorder

On a previous post I was told that when you have preordered the iPhone and have chosen store pickup at checkout that you would not be charged until you've gone into the store and picked up the phone. I was charged today. I have the money so it's no biggie but I think that this is unwise. Can anyone clarify as to why they do this in this way?

I have and before the Credit card Co. could issue a refund Apple refunded the In-App purchases. Apple has refunded them every time and then I get an email from someone in India telling me how to restrict In-App purchases. It's apparent that they cannot/do not read the emails sent to them because I WANTED TO MAKE THE IN-APP PURCHASES.... I want them to download to my device also.... Apple is great at charging you for something and then playing stupid when an issue arises.... they acted as though I'm the only person having this issue.... 45 days and counting and still no resolution...
Gets old quick telling them I want the in-app purchases, getting a credit & being told to make the purchase again only to have the same thing happen again...

It all start when I purchased some coins for the Facebook game bejewelled & it's gone down hill from there.
First after putting my password I got a message telling me my purchase was unsuccessfull then was prompted to put my password in again which I did & a message flashed up for a second saying something about my purchase being successful but not downloaded but soon after my coins appeared so I didn't think much more of that. UNTIL I got emails showing my purchase, which would fine as nothing is free but I realised I had been invoice twice for the same purchase, so I panick think how can I can my money back, so I clicked on the report a problem highlight in blue & I'm transferred to iTunes, after a short while a message pops up telling me I can't connect to iTunes.
I've tried lots of different ways to fix this but had no joy, I can't seem to get onto iTunes to get any suport either but it's still letting purchase stuff & look & purchase music & apps though iTunes, I've reset my device & also plug into my laptop, checked all my settings on the device etc:-
I've ran out of ideas, CAN YOU HELP!;)

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

You would really have to ask the app developer if there is a way to export the data.
As for adding a printer, you would need to purchase an AirPrint compatible printer and connect it to your wireless network.

You have not been charged for creating an Apple ID. That does not incur any sort of fee. If you've just created an iTunes Store account and entered in a credit card, Apple as do most merchants puts a small credit hold on your card to confirm that it's valid. The hold will be released by your bank in a few days.

I had a similar problem: I wanted to synch my playlist to my iphone. I like to have my playlist sorted by genre. But under each genre, albums are not sorted by the track numbers. This is a problem, especially when I am listening to club mixes when the DJ smoothly transitions from 1 track sequentially to the next one. Under the properties of each audio file, the Track Numbers and Disc Numbers are already there.
My perfect solution was to turn On Sorting - Sort Album under View>Show View Options. Then, select all the songs in that album (Shift click, Cmd click, etc) , and Edit multiple item information (Cmd I). You will see Info-Video-Sorting-Options buttons. Click on Sorting. Then, under Sort Album, Enter the name of the album. Then OK.
You should now have the playlist sorted by Genre, then each album individually sorted by track numbers. On your playlist you should see, if you scroll right, the column added called "Sort Album".

Try this:
Open your iBooks app on your iPad
Select the Store Button at the top
Select Purchased at the bottom
You will see your AppleID on the right at the bottom, then Redeem, then Support
Click on your Apple ID, and when the AppleID window comes up with the options, Sign Out
Then Sign In again and try redownloading your book

For Amazon stuff you should consult the Amazon help and forums. It has nothing to do with Apple or iBooks.
For your wrong book problem, try using the "report a problem" link on your receipt or in the Purchases section of your iTunes account.
