HT5622 How come I paid for songs and app purchases months ago and I have been charged again.
I paid for 6 or so songs in June and the game purchases then as well. Today I've had to pay over six pound for things I've already bought.
Have you subscribed to the creative cloud photography package?
If you have, does Lightroom show as being available to install from the CC application manager?
Did you update your Lightroom just before this problem started?

Per Adobe website, a download for Acrobat 9 for Mac is "not available." What alternative does Adobe offer to those who have bought and paid for Acrobat and now have computers without optical drive to install that previously purchased software? Buy a PC? Buy an external CD drive? Is the answer really "too bad"?

The OS X Lion installer takes more than 4 GB of space, so it is normal for most Internet connections to take the download more than an hour.
If you want to see the download progress, open the Mac App Store and go to Purchases.

I don't know why I've been charged for an app although I paid for that before.
It's the same app (e.g. it hasn't changed developers), you haven't changed countries since buying it, you are using the same account that you originally bought the app with ? And how did you redownload the app ? If you redownloaded it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on phone then you shouldn't have been charged - try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

HT4009 How to obtain refund for unauthorized in-app purchase in Real Racing 3 game
Recently my 6 year old son was playing Real racing 3 game, he has without our knowledge clicked "Buy" on few options and I have been billed Rs.16610 on my credit card. He was not prompted for any password when he clicked buy option.
As soon as we received alert on these transactions, we blocked the credit card and also removed the card from the itunes account to avoid such mistakes in future.
We need help to find how to obtain refund for this transactions made without proper consent.

To try and stop it happening again you can turn off in-app purchases on your iPad via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off, and you should also have a Require Password setting on the Resrictions screen which you can set to 'Immediately' (the default is a 15 minute perid during which it doesn't need re-entering). -

Havent really been able to use it since I bought it at xmas time..It sounds as though you didn't actually order the movie and just set up your payment info. The $1 is just a holding sum, you won't actually get charged that.

on the app, high school story, it says if you want to buy rings, its $4.99 and i paid that and it even did all that it was supposed to, ask me twice about if i want to buy it and asked me security questions and once i clicked yes, it didn't show up on my app. it took my money and i want to know how to either get my money back or at least get the rings i paid for! Are you sure it took your money? If you log into your account in iTunes on a computer does it show in your Purchase History?

Since downloading the ios5.1.1, my ipod touch has been erased of all my songs and downloads. I have tried to sync it again and again but it wont sync with my laptop or my wifes. I am a complete novice to apps of any kind so please could someone be kind enough to help me? If I buy something in an app and give my apple I'd how do get billed for it? Does it just come out of my bank straight away? I have same query with iTunes as well.

I paid for an in-app purchase of $10 which doesn't reflect in the app but has gone off my balance.
I paid for in app credits of $1000000 for $10 in the App Store. My balance has depleted accordingly but the app doesn't reflect the credit. There also isn't a way to check in the app. It is Tiger Woods 2012 from ea sports.
I'm not sure I can make sense of this but without asking too many questions, you can resolve your question by contacting iTunes direct.
