Create a new Apple ID for the second phone. If you are setting the phones up as new phone enter the ID you want to use on each phone.
If both phones are already signed in to one Apple ID then use the settings app to change Apple IDs on one phone.
Settings > iTunes and App Store > tap on the Apple ID > sign out > sign in with alternate Apple ID.
Note that if you have downloaded apps with the original Apple ID on the phone with the new Apple ID, those apps will still be associated with the old Apple ID and will require the old ID and password in order to update them.

that did use to be the case but ios 8 you can create a child's Apple ID which will stay linked to the main Apple ID until they are 13 when they can if you wish take over the Apple ID themselves.
I Have the same question regarding creating an Apple ID for my son but it insists I have to add a credit card to prove I'm an adult.
thing is I don't have another card to add to my Apple ID I have been using the same card for all my family's Apple purchases i just update my details when I get issued a new one.
Any ideas or suggestions greatly accepted.

i have Dsl router that connect to Tmg server
i have Tmg with two NIC
1-192.168.0.4
2- 2 Public Ip address
i want to do this
i want to split user's traffic and my exchange traffic
i mean i want to route user's traffic with one public ip addresss
and my exchange server's traffic with another public address
but when i add additional ip address at Tmg or create new NIC card
all of my traffic route with one public ip Address what should i do?

You need to use ENAT fuction on TMG to achive this
On the External NIC assing the Second IP as Additionl IP address (VIP)
Create a network Rule to NAT traffice From Exchange server IP address to the required Public IP which you need the E NAT.
Ensure you are creating rule only from Exchange server IP and not all INternal.
Look at the below Doc you step by step config

We have tried changing the password but the security questions will not accept the correct answers and the authorization email will not send. I can't delete the iCloud account on my phone because you need the old account's password to deactivate find my iphone.

Cancel my question, please. I found the answer: delete the account, enter the new Apple ID and save data to device and merge data, and create a new account.

I have two iPhone 4 devices and an iPad 4 device. Only one iPhone 4 has ever had it's IOS updated. I'm using an HP laptop running windows-7 64-bit. I've seen online something about hold down the shift key. Do I do this when clicking the icon on my desktop? Or when I enter my password? How long do I hold it down, till a new screen opens? If you've updated your existing account and the update hasn't copied over to the iPad then try logging out of it on the iPad by tapping on the id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the iPad.
Similarly if you just want to log in with a different account, though all downloads remain tied to the account that downloaded it - and using an account with iTunes Match, automatic downloads or redownloading past purchases could tie the iPad to that account for 90 days : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627
