Cannot delet movies from ipad air 2

I go into movies, press edit and delete the movie, it does not show up in 'usage' but it is still taking up storage space.
If I go into iTunes I can see several movies and TV programmes that are supposed to be deleted but are still on the device but I have no way to delete them.
I have hard rest the ipad several times but it makes not difference.
This is the first time I have had this problem. Maybe user error?
ipad air 2 running latest iOS.

Log out of iTunes store and log back in again!

Can't mass delete emails on iPad Air

When I check off mutiple emails to delete on my iPad Air, the emails uncheck automatically. They won't stay checked. I can swipe and delete one by one. I don't have the same problem on my iPhone 5.

How can I link my iPad Air and iPhone 4s via Bluetooth, please? They both have Bluetooth turned on but will only search and find nothing. The words 'Now Discoverable' appear under the search panel.

for the devices to find each other via Bluetooth you would need to turn on the iPhones cellular hotspot and then let them search for each other. As far as I have found this Bluetooth connection is only for connecting the iPad to internet via iPhones data plan.
To transfer photos you could setup a new photo stream and put the photos you want transferred in it. When it syncs to the iPad you can save directly to the camera roll and delete the photo stream. You may also be able to delete the photos old photos and re-add them to photo stream so it looks like they are new to the iPad.

In I tunes, when I try to move an IPAD AIR app to a different screen, as I drag it, the screens "jump" around making it impossible to move the app. Any clues?

Is ther a setting somewhere? already tried making screens appear bigger and smaller,no help. Was able to do it on older versions of system and ipads.
