I cannot purchase itunes or anything else with my bank card

What sort of card are you trying (debit or credit) and what happens when you try to buy something, do you get any error messages ... ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is and it's being declined then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management
If it's something else ... ?

But there is no way that my card is invalid because i just got it last week. You need to add a valid payment method to the account. An iTunes gift card can be added.

That happened to me to and unfortuanatly, i've done some resarch and it won't come back. UNLESS you still have the plastic card, give them a call and they should redeem you. So next time you get a prepaid card, don't throw it away, keep it. Best of luck(:

Then it says you can use store credit. How elese would you get store credit other than a itunes gift card? Maybe there is a quasi answer. You can only use iTunes gift cards to purchase items from the iTunes store, app store, ibookstore and Mac App Store - so if the game that you want to buy is in the iTunes store then you should be able to buy it from there and se it on your iOS device.

Does any balance show on your account ? My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iOS devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Store and it should show on the screen that you are taken to).
